The Harlem Globetrotters game originally scheduled for Tuesday, January 16th at 7:00 PM has been rescheduled and will now be played on Monday, January 22nd at 7:00 PM.
We understand that you might not be able to make it, so we have worked with the event organizer to make sure you have options.
If you cannot attend the rescheduled game on Monday, January 22nd at 7:00 PM you have until Friday, January 19th at 5:00 PM to request a refund.
PLEASE NOTE: To be eligible for a refund, you must have purchased your tickets through official arena sales channels only. If the tickets were transferred to you, you will need to transfer them back to the original purchaser in order for them to take advantage of the refund.
Your refund will be processed back to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase.
If you do not choose the refund option by Friday, January 19th at 5:00 PM your tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled game.
