UNDRCRWN TEAMS UP WITH HARLEM GLOBETROTTERS FOR ULTIMATE COLLECTION

Hi family! We are back with another insane collaboration. We are excited to share with you the UNDRCRWN x Harlem Globetrotters collection. See below for the official press release and inspiration behind the looks.

Kari Cruz is the creative director and entrepreneur behind UNDRCRWN – a streetwear brand specializing in clothing that is inspired by sports lifestyle. Cruz has been at the helm of conceptualizing designs that meet at the intersection of streetwear culture and basketball, for over 10 years. With this new capsule collection for the Harlem Globetrotters, Kari leans on her background in streetwear and her love of basketball to design a 100% unisex/neutral offering, that is made entirely in the USA.

The collection drops at 12 p.m. ET on Wednesday, April 27 and features limited edition apparel available exclusively on UNDRCRWN.com.

The capsule collection features colors inspired by classic Globetrotter motifs from the late ‘70s and early ‘80s. The “Lynette” fleece sweatsuit is named in honor of Lynette Woodard, the first female member of the Globetrotters (1985), whose breakthrough participation made the Globetrotters the first co-ed professional team. One of the great details you’ll also discover throughout the collection is Cruz’s knowledge and love of basketball history. The collection which also features a "World Famous" and “Globetrotter” tee each link back to iconic Globetrotter art from vintage posters and game programs.
