The World-Famous Harlem Globetrotters, the originators of basketball style, have showcased their iconic talents across 124 countries and territories on six continents since their founding in 1926. Serving as Ambassadors of Goodwill domestically and internationally has provided us the opportunity to connect with families and organizations around the world as we approach our centennial.

Alumni: Alumni are available year round based on their personal schedule.
Coaches: Coaches will be available during the offseason (August-December).
Players: Players will be available during the season, and limited times during the offseason.
Due to the number of appearance requests we receive, coaches and players are not available to make personal home visits, or attend benefits being held for individuals.
All appearance requests must be submitted a minimum of eight weeks prior to the event date.
The Harlem Globetrotters do our best to accommodate as many player appearance requests as possible. However, the number of requests we receive far outweigh the number of requests we are able to fill. All requests must be received eight weeks prior to the date of the event with priority given to 501(c)3 organizations.
The most common settings for player appearances are schools, charity or non-profit events and civic functions. An appearance is usually between 2-2.5 hours.
We want this experience to be beneficial for those involved with your event and for the players themselves. With that in mind, we ask that each appearance meet the following criteria:
* Confirmation of a player appearance will not be made until 2 weeks prior to the event and thus organizations should not base the planning of their event around the player participation, but instead a player appearance should serve as an enhancement to a pre-existing event or program.
The Harlem Globetrotters must approve use of the Harlem Globetrotters name, logos and trademarks and/or any advertising that implies the support or sponsorship of an event by the player or the organization at large. Before promoting a confirmed Harlem Globetrotter player appearance, please check with the appointed point of contact at HGI for appropriate practices.
